Just received an email from Sean McNellis, where he bragged, I mean announced that he created a new utility for Microsoft Dynamics CRM 4.0 to reschedule Re-Indexing jobs and change the DeletionService. The tool works rather nicely and has so far no bugs. You can download it here.

Some facts regarding this utility:

• it is not designed to replace the jobs or be run as a windows task to invoke the jobs; it is only used to edit the jobs recurring schedule and the jobs next runtime
• it is only able to update the re-indexing & deletion jobs
• please use this only if you require updating the deletion and re-indexing service times and schedules
• Mouse over information if you hover over "Base Time" and "Job Next Run"

The Tool is officially not supported, but if you do happen to run into an issue with the utility, please use the issue tracker to log the problem.
