Many of you have probably seen the SOD announcement on other blogs. What makes this different? Microsoft has updated the Microsoft Dynamics CRM Statement of Direction (SOD) with a few important updates. It outlines the future direction of the next major release of Microsoft Dynamics CRM, which is currently referred to as “v.Next” and is targeted for release in late CY 2009 or early CY 2010.  There are two key changes to this document: (1) due to the high interest in the new CRM accelerators, the SOD has been revised to provide more details and/or screenshots for each accelerator, and (2) the prior version of this document contained some inaccurate information about release dates. Please discard any previous version of this document.
