So who is this so called CRM Freak?

Biography
My name is Menno te Koppele and I work in Microsoft's SMS&P group as a Partner Technology Specialist, based in San Francisco, CA.

Before joining Microsoft I worked for several CRM companies where I had the opportunity to work on CRM product development and Integration from early requirement specification stages to final solution deployment. Currenly I have have almost 9 years of experience with CRM in general and have performed various roles including – Support engineer, Account management, Senior consultant and Project manager.

Prior to my CRM career, I worked as a Field Service Engineer at Wang Global (now Getronics), responsible for the infrastructure of a large bank throughout the Netherlands. And I started my IT career as a System Administrator and Sales Rep at Dynabyte.

Interests
When I'm not working I like to spend my time with blogging, listening to music, reading books, making attempts to design stuff, such as this blog, play squash, computers in general and after my move to the States, talk online with my friends and family.
